My dad asked me yesterday if I wanted to go to the Singapore Laneway Festival with my sister this February, that epic hipster-fest where 14 bands including Feist, M83, and Pains of Being Pure at Heart will be sharing the stage. But I didn’t have any money for that, I told him. After which he told me he didn’t mind paying. So right now, I just finished booking my flight to Singapore and purchasing the ticket for the festival. Not complaining at all, Papa. Not complaining at all. OHMYGOD. So I know someone going to Coachella and someone going to Laneway. So much envy inside me right now.
